Kitty in the payslip in earnings

Hi All,

Once a year i get a kitty amount in my earnings.
The kitty amount is reflected in the salary slip and also credited in my bank account.

Can i consider it in my earnings?

What's that? A bonus? If it's a bonus, then yes.

Not a bonus,just a part of the Annual remuneration.

are you remunerated for some kind of expenditure. if yes then that cannot be shown as earning.

No,this is not a reimbursed amount for any expenditure,it is a part of my annual package

if it is part of your package then it should be fine but ask your employer to write a letter clarifying it and you will be fine then.

As the amount is reflected in my payslip as my kitty and I have an authentication letter from my employer that the payslips give the salary for 12 months duration should be fine.

My employer doesnt give any more details about the salary structure.

Or should i submit the offer letter which clarifies that the kitty is part of my annual package.

But in the offer letter the annual package is of 4 years back when i joined my company.

just include as much paperwork as you can then you will be fine.

Since it is a part of your annual package then you need to have a letter from your employer that certifies that is covered in your 12 month pay slip. That is exactly what I’ve done in my pay slip last year. I know you will have a better result after the transaction.
