hi guys,
a friend of my has been accused by the ho for obtaining pr by deception. my question is this: can his pr been revoked? he has been in uk legally for 10years. the accusation is that they do not believe the spouse was working

Yes, they can. He would not have been living lawfully in the UK under EEA regulations if his spouse was not exercising her treaty rights.

Sure. But in this case the EEA national is obviously accused of deception which is the actual problem.

Interesting, but why would they issue him/her PR without proper investigation and also judging by the time it takes them to issue PRs nowadays one would think they would have spotted any anomalies then.

Has your friend Naturalised yet? Cos if he has, then i guess he's sorted.

no he has not naturalised yet and intend to do so next month but he is concerned about it

Citizenship can be revoked too if obtained with fraud/deception/false representation. This has been done in few cases. He has to prove PR in order to get citizenship. If there is an issue for his PR, how can he obtain citizenship?
