Got Tier1, how much can I delay travel?

Post by sajid08 » Mon Dec 13, 2010 5:24 pm

Hi All,

I got my Tier 1 (G) visa today, really appreciate the help this forum provided in clarifying confusions and spreading the knowledge!!

Now my question, my entry clearance is valid from 1st Dec 2010, how much can I delay my travel that my Settlement application after 2nd extension doesn't get affected and I dont need any additional extensions? or do I need to travel immediately for that?

Regards
Sajid

I'm sorry, but this thread has me confused.

You have to enter the UK within 28 days of your entry clearance date? Where is that written?

You can travel any time before your visa expires.

But to be within expiry of extension period, it should as early as possbile ...
