Letter for maintainance of funds

Letter for maintainance of funds

Hi Every One,

a)I was suggested to maintain the funds in a savings bank (SB)account. This is not shown as an FD . Is it OK as per the rules?

b)My SB account is same as my salary account. Does it make any difference?

c)Can any of you pls send me a format which i have to use to get a confirmation from bank on maintainance of funds.

Pls do help me on this

NO Problem

Please search this forum. Letter from bank manager showing ur name, account number, dates covering the 90 days period and the minimum balance. The case worker will anyway calculate this based on the itemised account statement for the 90 day period

Hi,

Can i show up single bank statement to the visa officer to cover both salary and funds

I mean i will get a 12 months statement for e.g from 15 dec2009 to 15 dec 2010 which will include my 12 months salary deposit as well as funds
maintainance (assuming i will be applying on 20th dec 2010)

Please provide two statement sheets. One should show the statement period covering your earnings. The second sheet showing the period covering your maintenance. Provide sufficient documents. not less not more. :)

Filing TIER1 this week

Hi ,

I have decided to file TIER1 this week.
Could you pls confirm on the below

1. Age Proof: DOB certificate from municipal authority plus original passport

2.Qualifications: Got a letter of comparison from NARIC for my PG
(got 35 points) and would be submitting the original transcript

3. Earnings: 12 months bank statement from Dec 01,2009 to Dec 15,2010
plus payslips attested by my employer

Question here...do i need to show the computation sheet for conversion into pounds using the uplift ratio. Or will the case officer will do it?
If i have to do it , pls let me know the exchange rate date to be used


4.English Language: IELTS general test with an overall band of 7.0. Will submit the original test report form

5. Fund Maintenance: 3 months bank statement from 15 sep to 15 dec 2010 plus a letter from bank with below format

We further certify that the minimum balance that has been maintained and could have been withdrawn at any point of time from the aforesaid account from 15th Sep 2010 to till 15th Dec 2010 date is XXX INR and the equivalent amount in GBP is XXXX

The conversion rate taken is XX.XX INR per GBP as per www.Oanda.com


The certificate is issued at the request of the account holder without any recourse to us or commitment on our part.
