TB certificate

hi,

my wife has tier 1 dependent visa and her TB certificate expires on 10 feb while she will be traveling to UK on 25th feb, does she need to get a new one or she has some leeway with the existing one?!

Dear aaa123

You lose nothing by finding out from the UKBA yourself! Considering how the British people interprete the law when it involves people from developing countries, I think a current one will be OK to be on the safe side. It will be a huge loss if your wife is prevented from entering the UK just for a TB cert that is 2 weeks out of date.

No there is no need for a new TB certificate., The expired one will do. Trust me. You only need a valid tb certificate for visa purposes, not for travelling to the UK
