Post work visa got rejected due to working more than 20hr

is there any body whos visa got rejected bcoz of working over time.

i have worked as free lancer. and i have not used nin for tax.

will that be fine.

i came to know that free lance u can work from home any number of hours.

no national insurance means no tax means noone knows about it means you are off the hook
