Is UK changing HSMP rules again?

Is UK changing HSMP rules again?

I am told that UK is stopping the high skilled immigrant Tier1 visa from April or making significant changes in the regulations. I looked into UKBA website and I don't see anything to this effect. But then its a huge site, so who knows there might be something.

I would appreciate if you folks could share anything that you may know of here.
