Dear All,

May be these questions have been replied but would you all please reply my query on income

1) I get bonus in the month of december and it is mentioned in the seperate pay slip and I have my normal pay slip too. So in the 12th month I get two pay slip one for my salary and another for my bonuses .
Shall I include both of them as my source of income?

2) and what are the different source of verification for the income.

exaple :
1) payslips
2) company
and ??
