Child Dependent Tier1 visa- Both parents are having TIER 1

Hi,

Me and my husband is having TIER 1 visa. My husbang is already in UK. I am planning to apply dependant visa for my child main applicant being me.

Now I have resigned from my job and I dont have any latest playslips. Do I need to attach any payslips?

Iam showing my bank statements for maintenenace of funds. (2800+1600)

For accomodation proof Iam planning to show my husbands tenancy agrrement. Do I need to show his payslips and bank statements also?

Documents iam planning to submit:

1. Birth certificate of child
2. Bank stmts showing maintennece of funds
3. passport copy of me and my husband (Do i need to self attest ? )
4. Marraige certificate (Is this necessary)
5. Tenancy agreement

Please let me know any more documents I need to submit ?

Passport/visa copies -> No need to self attest.
Include marriage certificate too.
Worth including husbands payslips as proof of at least 1 parent earning.

Did your husband not maintain required amount for last 3 months? If so, would be simpler to apply as his dependent.

No My husband did not maintain funds there. He just arrived in there. I have maintained funds here in my account.
