Hi Guys,

I was just wondering whether any announcements have been made with regards to the refused CoS applications made between the 19th of July and the 21st of December 2010 when the "illegal" interim cap was in place.

I know it is still fairly early days and that the cap has effectively been re-instated but I'm keen to know what the moderators think the UKBA is likely to do about these CoS applications following the HC decision.

I'm not a moderator, but am quite sure they won't be doing anything about it.

New interim limit has been introduced as you know, so that's all.
If there was an actual gap with a month or more without any limits then maybe there would be some action about it, this way, don't count on it.
