Get a letter from the bank on there letter head.It already contains contact details.
I have also submitted the bank details from ICICI bank..but no extra information, just the letter should suffice the need.

I could not get the details on their original letter head. Can you please give me the phone no that is printed on yours.
It would be of great help to me.

i guess u dont need the bank details anymore as Tier-1 has been closed for overseas applicants from 23rd.
