Applying for extension

I'm applying for extension tommorow, Please give me tips and suggestions for application.

Do i need to submit letter from employer or contact letter...

can any one provide me with sample letter from employer,,,at housecool@gmail.com

Your contract letter is enough as long as it is backed up with your salary slip from the time you join up to know from same company. But as general rule, more is better then less if you could get the letter from the current employer it is defenitely better.
