Self Emplyed Applying for HSMP Need your Guide

Hi everyone ,
I am applying incountry HSMP before april as law is changing can someone please help and guide me what to do as i have my own IT business currently i am on PSW visa and i have got nearly 11 months visa left i have started this business from last year and it is growing now i am doing all my transections from my personal accout as my credit history is bad so can't open a limited company so guys i need your advice till now i have nearly 40k transections in my account i have got one another bank account where i have put £800 for visa application .
please please guide me

As mentioned before, you cannot apply for HSMP. You can only apply for Tier 1 (General).

Is your business registered with HMRC? If it is, what's the legal structure of your business?

Thanks for your advice can you please tell me why i can't apply for HSMP ? i am my business is registered with HRMC from last few months . Dear |Friend you also told me that i can apply for Tier 1 Gen can you please explain to me what category should i apply ?

Yes, you can use your personla bank account if you are operating thru sole trader route.

Tier 1 (General) is the name of the category that you may apply for!
