ILR employer letter

ILR employer letter

hello kayalami,

i have finished my four years stay in U.K. the problem is i took my employers letter about my employment continuity 2 months back. can i send that letter with the application or will it be a problem.

IMHO 2 months is old/dated and HO may suspect you are not in employment as claimed. It is best to request a more up to date letter in support of your application. I am sure this will take HR all of 5 minutes to do given they can follow/keep the template on the original letter but modify the issue date as relevant.

hello again,

actually addition to above my work permitt is extended last week for 12months. do i still need a new letter becoz it could be difficult to get it!

Where/what excactly is the difficulty in getting the relevant up to date letter?
