Does anyone know if the home office keep the payment page when sending your documents back?

Yes, in my experience. Though sometimes they do return it with a stamp on it, showing the date on which they took payment.

I would imagine if payment wasnt taken they send the page back to you? They didnt in my case and were fuming.
