confused about send old or latest documents in the bundle.

please somebody help me regarding which document I have to send in the bundle those documents submitted with visa application or I have to send new documents in the hearing bundle like new phone bills, new letter from employer, new letter for accoumodation. or I have to send new or old document together in the hearing bundle. Thanks
