Applied Tier1 on 3rd december. Application not approved yet.

Hi,

I have applied tier1 general visa on 3rd december and the application is not yet approved. At vfs site the status is stil;l under process. I was planning to visit at 5 january but can't go now.
Can someone tell me about when can I expect to get the visa?
How many days it takes to get the passport once the application is approved?

BHCs will resume issuing visas on successful applications (those submitted prior to 23 dec) in January only.
