Change of employment

Dear All,

Im on WP since Apr 06 and will be applying for ILR in Apr 11.

I want to change my job in the next month.

My prospective employer is not a sponsored employer.

I will appreciate if any one could advise me that do I have to go through with the whole process of sponsorship? or what options do I have?

1. Prospective employer must register with UKBA as a sponsor.
2. When registered, the employer must issue a CoS to you.
3. You may then make an application for leave to remain as Tier 2 migrant.

what options would I have if my current employer makes me redundant before expiry of my WP and my prospective employer is not a registered sponsor?
