Tenancy agreement -

Post by iceman010899 » Thu Dec 30, 2010 6:47 pm

Hi,

Do I NEED to provide the tenancy agreement for rented room or can I give a letter from landlord and photos of accomodation?

Is the tenancy agreement compusory? What is the caseworker guidelines regarding this?

Thank you.

Yes it is because its concrete proof that you have secured accomodation from which you can not be evicted for the duration of the agreement. .

Furthermore it has got be valid for at least six months at time of application if possible.
