Documents Required for FLR(M)

Can anyone let me know what documents of evidence are required for FLR (M) with in UK ?

If you download form FLR(M) from the UKBA website the guide notes will give you a list of documents required.

Settled person Passport needs to be send along with FLR application?I have gone through the guidence but havn't find much information.Can any one please let me know what documents are required for FLR?

You can't have read through form FLR(M). The documents required are clearly listed in section 11 on the application form.
