When will we get details from UKBA?

So it is now 2011. We all know Tier 1 (General) is closed to new applicants from outside the UK.

When do you think we will see the detailed arrangements for extensions and settlement for existing Tier 1 (General) holders? Im talking guidance notes and perhaps even application forms.

Why January end? Tier-1 will operate as it is till April 2011 for the in country applicants. Why would they make new forms/guidance notes available much ahead of April?

Back in 2010, Government did announce details of Tier 1 will be published early this year. But noone know the exact date. Just wait for the announcement. We have been discussing / speculating about these changes for past month and half. I personally think there is no need to start a new thread for this as nobody can answer out right for this query.
