Need advice

hi All,
can some body give advice?
i have entered in UK sep 2004 as student. then changed in PSW 2008 and in August 2010 i got my Tier 1 Gen (2years).
i am planning to make early extension in oct 2011 so i would get more 3 years extension which will alow me till oct 2014. and it will make me here 10 years stay. sep 2004 to sep 2014.
my query is can i apply my ILR on long residence System?

but on the other hand it will be 4 years on tier 1 category.

You may, assuming no changes to settlement under long residence category until you become eligible to apply.
