Hi

My understanding was some one can still apply for ILR after completion of continous 5 years under Tier 2, provided the applicant can show the evidence that he/she still has the job offer from the same employer who gave the last Tier 2. Which means some one does not has to be on tier 1 before applying ILR under current rule.
