I really hope someone can answer this question. My fiance may be coming to live with me in a couple of months. He is travelling to the UK on a Student Visa. I am a single mum with 3 kids aged 7, 5 and 3. I wanted to know which benefits I will be able to claim if my fiance lives with me.
He will be allowed to work 20 hours a week whilst studying, but it wont be enough for us to get by. I currently receive income support, housing and council benefit and child tax credits.
