14 Years ILR

Post by Janit » Tue Jan 04, 2011 1:22 am

I came to UK as a student in late 1996. Got visa renewals upto 2004.I applied prematurely for ILR in 2004 after being advised that I can get it after being here for 7 years. It was rejected and permission to appeal also rejected. Stayed on because I have an adult son who is British (born here when I was here for a few years in 80s). Now 14 years has come. Never received removal notice. Any good chance of getting ILR? Thanks for replies/comments.
