Hello All,
I am planning to apply soon.I am going to pay fees by Demand Draft.
Please suggest me regarding follwoing queries on past earning(25 Points,My Proofs- May2005 to April2006 12 Salary Slips, Employer's Letter, Tax Certificate)
1) Regarding Tax Calculation:
My Gross Salary = Basic Salary + Travel Allowances + Food Allowances + House Rent Allowances.
All the allowances part is mentioned in my 12 Salary Slips,Employer's Letter,Tax Certificate.
But in Tax Certificate "Total 12 months Salary" is mentioned under "Taxable income" and "total of 12 months allowances" are mentioned under "Non Taxable Income Section".
Now what will HO consider? only " Taxable income" from Tax Certificate or whatever income( Basic Salary + All Allowances) I have declared to Tax Department(Taxable + NonTaxable income as per Tax Dept).
2)If i send the application on 30th May by DHL and if it reached to HO by 3rd June.Then how would they calculcate my Previous 12 Months.
Will it be May2005-April2006 or June2005 - May 2006.
