Tier1 Extn - Application Form doubt

All,

I am planning to apply for Tier1 Extention.I have below doubts on filling
the application. Can you please advise for this?

1) Page20-D5 - Little confused in understanding the statement, what should I select YES/NO? - I still have 6 months of valid Tier1 visa.

Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?

2) Page19-C9/C10 - I don't have Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) issued/available so what reason should I provide? or do I need to get it before the application filling ?

3) PBS Moigration Reference Number - Where I can find this? (I know my Home office refernce number, its on visa approval letter) ?

1. The question is about any of your existing/old passports which contained UK visas. Have any passports gone missing?

2. Has the applicant been issued with a Biometric Residence Permit with a previous application for leave?

When you answer No, it says go to Part D. So go to part D.

I am confused with size of the application form, its very big?
main app - 80 pages and depandent - 54 pages

The people who has applied recently, can you please share how you sent your application - single sided or double sided print ?
(for double sided , they have mentioned to take page 9 on back side of payment section but its coming on separate page while taking print as its 9th page of application)

My son born in London and got his depandant visa last year in london.
We travelled to india last year.

I am applying for my visa extention.

In depandant visa form, what should I mentioned for section D (immigration details) entry clearence details for my son ?
- depandant visa (in his passport) number and port where we entered while returning back to india or not applicable as he born here ?

Thanks for the reply but I spoke to HO today and I am putting it here for everyone's benefit.

In this case, I need to mention the entry clearence and visa details as per the passport so it will be when my son first entered in UK while coming back from india.
