Requirements for ILR

Will appreciate if one could let me know the requirements for an ILR. I have just arrived in November 2010 on a spouse visa. I know that it will take 24 months for me to apply for an ILR but what are the requirements that need to be fulfilled at that time. Would appreciate if anyone could throw some light.
