do i use EEA2 for retain my right ?

Post by reda » Mon Jan 10, 2011 10:34 pm

hi all,
I'm little be confuse about which form i use to retain my right after divorce, after some reading in this forum,i decide to use eea2 form as many of you in this forum, but when i came to fill it i can't fund answer to some questions there about my ex wife
-her address
-her phone number
-part where her employee must fill it
-passport number
-proof of relation....ect
what do you did when you apply for your right?(bobobo, mary1, sleeper and others)
use eea2 and leave this blank or use only cover letter it's enough!!!
thank you for you time.

i send all the proof that my ex was working from the time of the marriage till the time of decree absolute. i also send all my p60 from the time of the marriage . also included the proof of address that we were living together. i did also send my passport, two pictures of myself, the decree absolute. i hope it answered your questions.

hi ngueda2009
perfect, i got advice by someone to not send all the document in ones , i mean not send the HO everthing they ask for when you submit your application like ( keep the passport , send copy of the decree absolute ...... things like that ) then the HO after they have a look on your application they will be asking for them afterwards then you send it 2 them , because if you send them everything they ask for they might ask for something that you wouldnt have , but if they ask to provide them with 4things and u send them 3things , you ll be still covered .
trust me i tried it before and it did work .

hi racin,
your approach may backfired i think you should send as many proof as you possibly can so that the ho would not come back to you i send more than a kilo of proof and i have just received my passport with pr . i did not called the ho nor did they contacted me for anything. it is up to you
good luck
