english language requirment for main applicant & depende

hi every one
Just a quick question about the requirement for the dependent english language level for Tier 1 general
If a dependent has IELTS with 6 band , is it enough or does the dependent have to score 6.5 like the main applicant for tier 1 general

I don't think that there are any English language requirements for Tier 1 dependants.

as above. Tier1 Dependents don't need any English language Proficiency

Now dependent also required the English language level as tier1 as 6.5.
This was published in web site. but i couldn't able to see the message now.

Is the Ilets requirement of 6.5 an overall band? or we have to score 6.5 in every module of the test? for me I feel that I am more comfortable in reading and listening , so I hope to score more than with writing and speaking, can someone confirm please, and I would be very gratful if the answer comes from a senior member. regards
