Employer liability insurance for T1G Sole trader/self empl

Hi guys

Is it necessary to have ELI if you are self employed / sole trader where you don't have any employee.

According to

if you are the only person in the business you don't need insurance.

Please advise.

After 14 Dec 2010. ELI is not required any more for T1G application. Get your info update by consulting the guidance.
