need uplifting factor details

Hi,

i would like to file Tier1 in UK.I am considering the 12 month period March10 to feb11. in this period i am in uk for 7 months and in india for 5 months.

is there any change in uplifting factor if we apply after completion of my 6 months stay?
can i claim UK experience?
