Tier 1 Dependent Visa

Hi All,

I am on Tier 1 (General ) and would like to apply visa for my wife.

She is outside the UK and in Pakistan, i just wanted to do, does she need to do IELTS as well ?

I have spoken with couple of people, some of them said YES she needs to, but some of them said NO she doesn't as she is not applying for immigration...

can anyone please tell me about this ?

Her education is just Simple Bachelor

Hi,

This is for the dependants of British citizend and the PRs,It is not applicable for Tier1 (General) dependants.

Any idea that how to show the proof of communication ?

i am calling my wife through calling card but how can i prove that i was calling my wife from this calling card ?

sometimes we do communicate with emails... but i could even make email of my wife and then can reply to myself..

Any idea ?
