Supporting Evidence for bonuses

Hi,

I'm planning to apply for tier-1 visa in the month of March and I need help in submitting the supporting evidence for previous earning.
As bonuses paid by company can be shown as part of earnings, can someone please guide me on all the required documents which I need to get from my company and include as part of application.

Hi Sanscan

I provided same evidence as my usual wage.

1. bank statement, showing of the receipt of the bonus
2. Payslip

The payslip's payment date and amount should match of the receipt date and the amount in the bankstatement.
