Any time limit to change dependent status

I got ILR under long residence rule.My wife tier 2 dependent visa.
As my immigration status has been changed, she should also apply to change her status. Although her T2 dependent visa is until nov 2012.
Any one know, is there any time limit to submit application for my wife?
I have one baby who was born abroad.
She was my now dependent visa under tier 2.
Can I apply for her , settlement visa using SET(F) form.
Any answer reg. the above quarey will bw very helpful.

Unless she is eligible for ILR under long residence before her leave expires and is not travelling, then she and baby should switch to FLR(M) asap. English language test required.
