When they send this letter
We returned all your documents which you sent to support your BC application. and please check your name & Date of birth and place of birth correct as below..........etcif anything wrong contact as soon to tell us.if your application successfull your name on BC certificate be like this ..name, DOB, PLACE OF BIRTH......etc

What does it means, please please........

it means they want you to check that they have your details correctly as if your application is granted this is how your name, date of birth, and place of birth will appear on your naturalisation certificate.
