Hello friends,

My psw visa is refused due to not mentioning traffic offence, I have appeal to court, after hearing court judgement the case has been dismissed, now I am going back to India. One thing I want to know that I can apply PSW visa from India can any one please help me, I want to come back to UK, can any one please help me.

did u leave country within 28 days after appeal was refused...

were you awarded degree in last 12 months...

did they give you any ban ?

if you answer favourably to these basic questions, then yes, you can apply...

If you apply again you will be refused for the same reasons and probably subjected to a mandatory ban under paragraph 320 (7A).

Hai friends,

Thank you for giving reply, I have appeal to upper court they have send a letter your case was not accepted after receiving letter I have leave country with in a week, I didn't get any ban, I did Msc in Construction Project Management in "Northumbria University" at Newcastle upon tyne. One thing i forget to tell that I got driving ban it was finished by feb-2011 ending. Can any one tell me that now I can apply psw visa from India, please help me..

The ban only kicks in when you apply for entry clearance. Theres nothing to stop you from applying but you will be refused.

try to contact ukba and see if you can ascertain your status, as registered on their system.... if you are indeed liable for a ban.... then thats that!

ps. i dont know if they will tell you your status on the phone. its a matter of trial and error i think...

they dont always TELL you explicity that you are banned as it is kind of implied... so its best if you check it before submitting app
