hi guys,
i ve applied a visit visa for my parents., which is refused and we appealed,. now they need more documents, i m attaching it, and tell wot they want now, thanx

The respondent is the ECO. They are reminding the ECO that they need to file their bundle of evidence with the tribunal.

Although you don't need to do anything in response to this notice, it might help if you submit a copy of your parent's visa application forms as well as the evidence submitted with the applications as in a lot of cases they don't bother to file the evidence with the tribunal.
