hi my case for my wifes visa was refused in july 2010.i appealed the case straight away and received a letter saying i will be told the date after 14th december.does anyone roughly know how soon the appeal will be after 14th december.

Date of hearing depends on the number of cases being heard but generally it should not be more than 3 or 4 months after the date mentioned in your letter.

plz could u tell me when did u recive the letter of the appeal after u sent it
becouse i also got refuse for settilment visa at20 dicember and and i appeal straitway and till now i dont know anything about the appeal
im in uk bytheway and i had clearnce entry for 6 mounth

my spouse visa was rejected in july,i now have an appeal hearing date in feb

Where did you send appeal papers?To embassy or AIT.

i have sent the appeal at 23 december and i dont know anything about it yet

Bro do you send paper to Embassy?

Ask appeal to AIT or Embassy works differently.

For AIT you can get acknowledgment after 2 or 3 weeks.

iam in uk now so i live in uk now and i have sent the appeal straitway nt to home office but to court in brimigham
becouse i appeal home office dection but now over mounth and i dont know anything about thje appeal or what the appeal is
i really confusing
do u tink i should see a lawyer ?

If you appealed in the UK,it can takes upto six weeks to get a hearing date.

You would get a letter from AIT informing you date of hearing.

You or yours solicitors would also get a letter to submit bundle to Ait and home office.

Be patience and wait.

Have you got acknowledge letter then no need to worry.
