1. If your applying in person at the Consulate, then you can pay by cash. With London maybe, but with Birmingham it takes ages (in my experience, as well as looking at others in this forum.gorajim wrote: 1. The Indian High Commission has cleaned up the act with OCIs, these being handed out within weeks, if not days. So that is a positive sign.
