Tier 1 dependant under 2 years

Hello,

I'm currently on Tier1 visa and will be eligible for ILR in November 2011. I got married in june 2010 and my wife has been living with me since on Tier 1 dependant visa which is valid until Jan 2013.

I have read somewhere that the dependant must have lived for 2yrs as dependant in UK for ILR. My wife would not have completed 2 years as dependant when I apply for my ILR in November 2011.

Is this true? Is my wife not eligible to be dependant on my ILR application? If it is so..what will be the immigration status of my wife?

Please let me know.
