Please confirm-Form for new Born in the UK

I need to apply for Tier(1) Dependent Form for my son who is born in the UK.

If I understood correctly the form is

and the guidance form is

Can anyone confirm it to me.

Thanks for confirmation for the form.In this form Section D(Immigration History) is mandatory. Starting page 15

However I am not able to understand how it will apply to a new born in the UK?

It has questions like
Did the dependant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the United Kingdom

Can anyone who has used this form for new born Tier one dependent in the UK share some thoughts.
