is there any body who got psw from lcps and then apply for tier1 general and got visa and was there any problem regarding previous diploma from london college of professional studies its urgent plz reply as i m going on window on money for my tier1 general

yeah i did my mastress from university of wales
so did he contact to any solicitors and does he know anyone who got tier1 visa as well from lcps psw or all of them get rejected
if he contacted solictior what did they say any good news or only bad news?

Not much support from Solicitor.....

Be prepared for the questions from Case worker (if he finds it)...

Face the interview with confidence....

that is my advice bcoz even i am on the same boat.

U said if they find does it mean sometimes they do not find do u know anybody who got tier1 general from
Lcps psw and if they find what do u suggest what we gonna do what is our future pack luggage bk home ir there is hope?

I don't understand why you have to put your DIPLOMA in the application!!

I understand you must be getting points for your MASTERS so you show your masters degree or is it something I'm Missing here??

I m not goona put that diploma in my case i got mastress degree now from uk i studied one year everything fine but thing is if they find out old diploma that how did i get my psw as according to them lcps diploma were not issued and never been studied in college that could b a problem is not it?

If HO refusing on deception then it's generally true. they do check this thing before they make a decision

Reported determination on LCPS is out

This is a First-tier Tribunal determination that is reported for what has been found in relation to London College of Professional Studies namely that LCPS did not teach any non-accredited courses nor itself award or issue postgraduate diplomas in any subject.
