A8 access to benefits - WRS coming to an end

Hi. Until now Accession State AKA ''Eastern Bloc'' nationals could only claim benefits after registering with WRS and spending one year in the UK.

As the WRS is coming to an end in April 2011 - does it mean that all new arrivals now will be able to apply for benefits from the day ONE?
