Post by CDE » Mon May 29, 2006 2:53 pm

Sorry again just a last question

My MP represented me for a reconsideration to the HO, but nothing change, all the time he represented me is regarded as a overstayed ?? or ilegal ? I'm leaving the UK in two days to reaply from my country.

Your MP making representations on your behalf will not change your immigration status. That is, if you were an overstayer without your MP getting involved, then you will still be an overstayer.
