Naturlisation (4 Yrs WP + 1 Yr ILR)

I am appliying for naturlisation on baiss of 5 years (4 Yrs WP + 1 Yr ILR). I have downloaded form AN (New) but couldn't find any link for payment slip. Does anyone know where I can download the Payment Slip form?

If I use NCS service when they ask to pay the nationality fees? I assume at the time of application.

I know these are silly questions but I don't know the answers!

One more question about 1.1 Reference Numbers. As I can see they are asking for more than one reference numbers. Which numbers I should put in the box? I can think of Tax Reference, NI No, ILR Number.

Anybody who has recently applied for the Naturlization?

See page 15 of Guide AN(NEW):

SECTION 1: PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1 Enter your Immigration and Nationality Directorate reference if you
have one. This usually consists of a letter followed by up to seven
numbers eg S1003752. It can be found on any previous
correspondence you may have had with the Immigration and
Nationality Directorate.

Thanks ppron747 but it didn't help me I am still confused what to write there my ILR reference number (the one on ILR sticker) is like UK9999999. The Guide says One Letter and 7 digits but I don't know which reference number is like that.

Please anyone who has filled the Form AN(new) i.e. Naturlisation application. Its urgent for me as I am going to NCS this Saturday.

I am doing mine on 4(WP)+1yr and am not intending to put anything in that box, I think it specifically relates to people who have a file with the home office, probably people who have complex cases.
