I am student in lonon finshed level 7 course,i will get my certificate by feb 1st week.my visa will expires on sept 2011.i am planning to bring my fiancé on student visa,she wants to do BA honurs(3yrs degree).

Now,i want to know,when she arrives in uk,can i marry her?if im allowed than how can i apply dependant on her.

please guide me.its is my life.

Yes, you can marry a Tier 4 holder. However, you cannot switch from within the UK to become her dependant.
