Hello,

Here is my visa history:

Work Permit 1: March 2006 - August 2007
Work Permit 2: August 2007 - April 2008
Tier 1 (General) Migrant : April 2008 - April 2011

I will be completing 5 years in Feb 2011.

Can I apply for ILR in the first or second week of Feb 2011?

Is it right you can apply for ILR 28 days before your eligibility period?

Please tell me what documents are important to support visa application.
