Director on PAYE

Hi

If a someone work for her own company, in which she is sole director and shareholder and withdraw her salary via PAYE.

What documents she need to submit with her AN application to substantiate that her tax affairs are up to date.

Either

1. company accounts or company's statement of corporation tax position

OR

2. Her personal tax office reference and address is adequate as she is paying tax via PAYE.

Kindly advise.
