Hi my question is
1. I am going to switch from PSW to HSMP my problem is if my HSMP is refused can I appeal against the decision?

2. If refused can i switched to student status again?

HSMP closed in 2008.

You may appeal a refusal if a right to appeal is granted. If your application Tier 1 (General) application is refused, any unexpired leave as Tier 1 (PSW) migrant will remain valid.

Whether you can switch back to Tier 4 depends on whether you will qualify for it and also whether you have any valid leave to stay in the UK at the time of Tier 4 application.
